Pork Chops 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 can butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons parsley (optional)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Put mustard on both sides of pork chops. Sear each side of pork chop over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium, cook each side for 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt butter and combine with juice from lemon; stir.

Remove pork chops and pour mixture of lemon juice and butter over the pork chops. Garnish with parsley and serve.
