Mustard Pork Chops - Recipe

These pork chops have just enough zing from the mustard and lemon to liven them up. Delicious and perfect over a bed of wild rice.

Mustard Pork Chops Recipe
Directions
Put mustard on both sides of pork chops.

Sear each side of pork chop over medium-high heat.

Reduce heat to medium, cook each side for 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt butter and combine with juice from lemon; stir.

Remove pork chops and pour mixture of lemon juice and butter over the pork chops. Garnish with parsley and serve.
