Sauteed Garlic Spinach or Kale Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package fresh spinach or kale (10 ounce bag)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 minced clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Thoroughly wash spinach or kale. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook stirring for about 30 seconds. Add fresh greens to skillet and cook, turning with tongs until wilted and tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
