Roasted Asparagus 16 Recipe

  • 3 pounds fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese optional
Preheat oven to 350°. Wash and trim the asparagus stalks; arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. spray with olive oil an sprinkle with the salt. Roast for no more than 15 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with cheese, if you like, and return to oven o melt for another minute. You may roast at a higher temp for shorter time or even a little lower and roast longer, just depends on what is in the oven as well. This recipe is very easy and gets plenty of praise. Sometimes the easiest is the best. Amazing.
