Summer Mixed Vegetables Recipe

  • 2 packages mixed vegetables (10 ounce pkgs)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Onion
  • 1 can water chestnuts (drained & chopped) (5 ounce can)
  • 1 bottle stuffed olives (drained) (1 ounce bottle)
  • Salad Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of Tabasco
Cook vegetables in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, drain and cool. Stir together salad dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables, chill and serve.
