Garden Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 zucchini (medium)
  • 1 yellow squash (medium)
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tomato cut into wedges (medium)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions
Slice zucchini and squash into 1/4" slices. In skillet, sauté the zucchini, squash and onion in butter. Add tomato, salt, garlic salt, pepper and basil. Cook 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
