  • 2/3 cup cooked rice
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (optional)
Remove the top from the green peppers and remove the seeds. Drop into rapidly boiling water, boil 5 minutes. Brown the beef and drain. Combine 2/3 of soup and 2 tablespoons ketchup. Spoon this over top of the peppers. Sprinkle with cheese if you desire. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
