Beef Jerky 16 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean roast (chuck) cut inch 1/4 inch slices
Directions
Mix liquid smoke, salts, and sauces together. Marinate meat in mixture overnight. Line oven with foil. Lay meat over oven racks. Cook 8-12 hours at 150° with oven door open 2-3".
