Ingredients
  • 48 large mushrooms
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage, browned
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
COOK

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove mushroom stems. Combine the rest of the ingredients together and fill mushrooms with it. Bake for 16-20 minutes. Let cool slightly before eating.
