Grilled Lime Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 pounds salmon steaks
1 lime, cut into wedges
Directions
Mix oil, lime juice, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Brush the salmon steaks with the mixture. Set up a grill or preheat a broiler. Position the fish about 4 inches from the heat source and grill or broil the steaks for about 3 minutes per side until the fish flakes easily, brushing with more of the lime juice mixture after turning the fish. Decorate each serving with lime wedges.
