Beef or Venison Casserole Recipe

  • 3 pounds stew meat
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package Onion Soup Mix
  • 3/4 cup sherry
  • 1 can drained mushrooms (large can)
Combine all ingredients and put in large, covered, buttered casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 3 hours. Stir twice if desired. Serve over rice, noodles, or with mashed potatoes.
