Ice Cream Cone Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package brownie mix (13 x 9 inch pan size)
  • 17 ice cream cake cones (2 3/4 inches tall)
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shortening
  • Colored Sprinkles
Directions
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions but use three eggs. Put the ice cream cones in a muffin cups; spoon about three tablespoons batter into each cone.

Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and top is dry (Do not over-bake). Cool completely.

In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stir until smooth

Dip tops of brownies in melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
