A tasty raspberry vinegar with a lemony overtoneâ€”perfect as the basis for a boldly flavored salad dressing.

Fresh Raspberry Lemon Vinegar Recipe (+)

Directions

Place clean raspberries, lemon juice and vinegar in a blender and blend until combined.
Season to taste with salt and lemon zest.
There will be seeds and pieces of raspberries visible in this vinegar.
Use this vinegar in any recipe that calls for raspberry vinegar.
