"Raspberries can be eaten on their own or used to make delicious sauces and desserts. They make scrumptious cakes, pies, tarts, bars and other desserts. They are also used to top foods such as, pancakes and waffles. Made into a sauce, they are delicious poured over a dish of ice cream or added to yogurt.

During peak season raspberries are also used to make jellies and jams. With these the raspberries can be enjoyed throughout the year."

"I didn't use to like raspberries but I have had a few different raspberry desserts lately and have really liked them. I guess our tastes change as we get a little older. This group of raspberry recipes looks like it has some good ones. I can't wait to try the White Chocolate Raspberry Muffins!"
