Sour Cream Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package plain devils food cake mix
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend on low speed for 1 minute; scrape down; increase mixer speed and beat 2 minutes more. Pour the batter into prepared cupcake pans. Fill 3/4 way full. Bake at 350° for 2o minutes
