"The gravy recipe that is proposed is really a strange mix - also tasting it before the baking is not a great indicator of the final taste.
All that being said ; I really like it as the dish does grow on you and the gravy is a nice break from the mushroomy - beefy type gravies one always has with pork chops
The gravy tasted turned out better than I thought it would , the ketchup gave it a interesting finish.
I used 3 cans (10oz or so) of cream of mushroom and then ratioed the other ingredients to match the recipe"
