Spiced Carrot Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3/4 cup carrots, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup zucchini
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
Directions
Preheat oven 350°, spray loaf pan. In bowl combine flour, ,sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices. Add carrots, zucchini, walnuts and remaining ingredients. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake 60 - 70 minutes or until cake tester or tooth pick comes out clear. Cool in pan 5 minutes, loosen sides from pan, remove onto cooling rack. Cool completely before cutting.
