Ingredients
  • 2 each zucchini, 5-6 inches long or 1 larger cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 dash steak seasoning
Directions
Slice zucchini length wise no thicker than 1/4 inch. Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with steak seasoning. Grill over medium high heat, 2 minutes per side or until soft.
