Quick and Easy Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can fire-roasted tomatoes (14 ounce can)
  • 1/8 cup onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and membrane removed (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne or crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 sprigs cilantro
Directions
Place all ingredients into the blender and process until it becomes well blended. Taste and add more salt, cayenne or cilantro, if needed.
