Kansas Caviar Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can Black beans, drained
  • 1 can black eyed peas, drained
  • 1 can shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 can mild Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 can extra hot Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 bottle Zesty Italian dressing (large bottle)
Directions
Mix all ingredients, cover and marinate overnight in the fridge. Serve with tortilla chips.
