  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, pre-melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Prepare the baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter or margarine with the sugar; then beat in the eggs.
  • Blend in the melted chocolate.
  • Stir in the flour and salt.
  • Spread the mixture in prepared pan.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until just barely set in the middle. Do not over bake. Cool on a rack; then cut and serve.
