Stuffed Mushrooms 46 Recipe

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 packages whole mushrooms
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Trim stems from mushrooms and chop stems finely.

Fry sausage with chopped mushroom stems until crumbly; drain.

Mix sausage with cream cheese. Stuff mushroom caps and bake in 350° oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot.
