Sweet and Sour Carrots 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Partially cook sliced carrots. Cool under running water. Mix cooled carrots with other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
