Grilling is a great way to cook sweet corn to give it a little different flavor from other methods of cooking. There are several methods that can be used when grilling sweet corn and you can experiment with different flavored butters or seasonings to also give the corn a unique flavor. Shown below are four options that can be used when grilling sweet corn; two options are with the husks on and two options are with the husks off.
Shuck the corn as shown above by peeling back the husk and completely removing it. Remove the thin silk that runs along the kernels of the corn. Remove excess silk with a vegetable brush or with a damp paper towel. Break or cut off any excess corn stalk.
