Creamed Corn 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened, cut up (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can whole kernel golden sweet corn, drained or (15 1/4 ounce can)
  • 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
Directions
In small saucepan, combine cheese, milk, butter and black pepper. Cook over medium heat until smooth, whisking constantly. Stir in corn. Cook and stir until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
