BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 14 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, diced (large)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 packages chopped frozen broccoli, thawed (10 ounce pkgs)
  • 2 cans chunk chicken, drained (10 ounce cans)
  • 2 pounds processed cheese (like Velveeta) cubed
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (16 ounce can)
  • 4 cups milk
Directions
Melt butter in large sauce pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until onion starts to become translucent. Stir in the soups, broccoli, processed cheese, mushrooms and milk. Cook, stirring often until broccoli is tender and the cheese is melted and incorporated into the soup, about 10-20 minutes.
