Crock Pot Chicken Soup Recipe

  • 3 - 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped (large)
  • 3 - 4 stalks celery, cut into chunks
  • 4 - 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 - 9 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • egg noodles or rice
Put onion, carrots and celery into crock pot. Add chicken, pour in broth and water. Sprinkle parsley on top. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Gently break up chicken. Add or serve over noodles or rice.
