"You will find traditional mashed potato recipes along with garlic or cheesy recipes for a little different twist. If you are not sure what to serve for a vegetable choose from sweet potato, squash, Brussels sprouts, and a collection of green bean casserole recipes. Don't forget to check out our Stuffing and Dressing collection to complete your Thanksgiving Day dinner menu."

"I think the Golden Vegetable Gratin looks really good too. I think I am going to try it instead of a green bean casserole. The only problem I see is that I am not sure where I can get the pumpkin seeds without actually cleaning a pumpkin."

"I am having Thanksgiving dinner for my family this year for the first time. This collection is just what I need. I need a mashed potato recipe and some vegetable recipes. The Golden Vegetable Gratin looks really good and of course, I will have to fix sweet potatoes. These recipes will make my planning much easier."
