Almond Chicken Salad Recipe

Tasty and easy to prepare. Can be served on croissants or with a variety of crackers as an appetizer.

Directions

Combine chicken and vegetables. Stir in mayonnaise and season to taste. Chill until ready to serve. Stir in toasted almonds before serving. To toast almonds, cook in non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until golden brown, approximately 10 minutes.

-		4 green onions, chopped
-		2 stalks celery, diced
-		4 ounces roasted red peppers, drained
