2 pounds zucchini
3 tablespoons butter
1 onion - small
3 tablespoons flour
Dash of pepper
Paprika
1/2 cup Sauteerne wine
Parmasan cheese

Boil zucchini in salted water for 10 min. Drain. Place in greased baking dish.
Melt butter in saucepan and add onion; cook gently for 5 min.
Blend in flour. Add soup and then wine; stir until sauce thickens.
Add pepper to taste.
Pour over zucchini; sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min.
