Fresh Raspberry Pie 8 Recipe

  • 2 unbaked, 8 or 9 inch pie crusts
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Line your pie plate with a crust and set aside. In a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and berries. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with butter, broke into small pieces. Top with another crust and seal edges. Bake at 425° for 35-45 minutes until nicely brown and bubbles thru crust holes.
