CHOCOLATE/VANILLA ICE CREAM DESSERT Recipe

Ingredients
  • 80 Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 packages instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
Directions
Crush Ritz crackers. Mix 3/4 of the crumbs with melted butter. Spread in 9x13 inch pan.

Mix pudding with the milk. Add softened ice cream. Pour over the crumbs. Spread Cool Whip over mixture. Sprinkle remaining crackers over top. Put in freezer.

Take from freezer to thaw slightly before serving.
