Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Garlic & Onion Medley Seasoning
  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 large sheet heavy duty aluminum foil

1. Mix butter and Seasoning in large bowl. Add sweet potatoes; toss to coat evenly.

2. Place sweet potatoes in center of foil. Bring up sides of foil; double fold top and ends to tightly seal packet.

3. Grill over medium-high heat 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning packet over halfway through cook time.
