Crustless Egg Custard Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup self rising flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 teaspoons butter
Directions
Beat eggs.

Mix flour and sugar.

Slowly add milk and vanilla. Mix well.

Add butter.

Pour into greased pie plate.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
