Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup ketchup, divided
  • 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package McCormick® Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix ground beef, eggs, 1/2 cup of the ketchup, bread crumbs, milk and Seasoning Mix in large bowl until well blended. Shape into 8 loaves.

2. Place meat loaves in 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon remaining 1/2 cup ketchup over top.

3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through.

A Taste for Health Tips:

  • Use extra lean (95% lean) ground beef for a savings of 80 calories and 8g fat for each mini loaf.
  • To reduce sodium, prepare meatloaf with McCormick® 30% Less Sodium Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix.
