West Virginia Maple Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 pastry shell, unbaked (9 inch )
Directions
In mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar, flour and margarine. Beat until smooth. Stir in syrup, vanilla and walnuts. Pour into pie shell; bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes. Cool completely to serve.
