Rhubarb Crumble 2 Recipe

  • 4 rhubarb, diced
  • 1 sugar
  • 1 strawberry jello
  • 1 dry cake mix
  • 1 boiling water
  • 3 margarine, melted
Spread rhurbarb evenly in the bottom of a 7x11 inch pan.

Sprinkle 1 cup sugar and jell-o over top.

Then sprinkle cake mix on top.

Pour 1 cup boiling water over all and drizzle melted margarine over that.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Top with whipped topping or ice cream, if desired.
