1 cup sifted flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 cups rhubarb
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix flour, oatmeal, butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar until crumbly.
Press 1/2 of mixture into a pan. Cover with 4 cups of rhubarb.
Combine cornstarch, water, sugar, and vanilla. Cook over low to medium heat until thick and clear.
Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining crumbs. Bake for 1 hour.
