Vinegar Pie Recipe

  • 1 Unbaked Pie Shell
  • 1/2 white sugar
  • 1/2 brown sugar
  • 1/4 flour
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 1/4 butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 vinegar (use distilled or cider vinegar)
  • 1/2 water (use a little more if filling is too dry)
In a large bowl, blend sugars, flour, nutmeg with fingers until no lumps remain. Stir in vinegar, eggs, butter and water until well mixed. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
