Jersey Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 yellow medium onion - diced
  • 1 package Premio hot sausage
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 4 red potatoes - diced
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  • Cook the onion in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and potatoes.
  • Remove the sausage casings and crumble the hot sausage; set aside.
  • Add the potatoes, paprika, and rosemary to the pan and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Finally, when the potatoes seem like they are browning and getting crispy, add sausage.
  • Stir to mix all ingredients and cook until sausage is cooked through.
