Microwave Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard (may use horseradish mustard)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Container:Microwave-safe baking dish
Directions
COOK
15 mins
  • Microwave cauliflower on high for 9 minutes (must be cooked with 1/4 c water).
  • Combine mayo, mustard, onion, and salt.
  • Spoon sauce over cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Cook 1 1/2 to 3 minutes on medium high; let stand 2 minutes before serving.
