Irish "Potatoes" Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box 10 x powdered sugar to start
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4 ounces coconut
  • dash of salt
  • cinnamon
Directions
Mix together and add up to one more pound of sugar, as needed to make "potatoes" firm.

Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Break off pieces and roll into balls.

Roll in cinnamon until covered completely.
