The following morning, using a wooden spoon, spoon dough onto lightly floured cloth and spread very gently. Divide into 3 equal portions and place each in pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Spray the top of each with small amount of cooking spray. Let rise 8 to 10 hours or until dough has risen above top of pan. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes. Brush tops of each with melted butter.
If you don't want to make bread on a given day, just feed the starter and leave out for 8 to 10 hours. Give a cup away or throw a cup away to make room in bowl.
