In a large bowl, combine first four ingredients and stir with wooden spoon. Add other two ingredients as described. Leave in bowl and cover with towel or waxed paper. Let rise overnight on counter, not in refrigerator. The following morning, using a wooden spoon, spoon dough onto lightly floured cloth and spread very gently. Divide into 3 equal portions and place each in pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Spray the top of each with small amount of cooking spray. Let rise 8 to 10 hours or until dough has risen above top of pan. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes. Brush tops of each with melted butter. If you don't want to make bread on a given day, just feed the starter and leave out for 8 to 10 hours. Give a cup away or throw a cup away to make room in bowl. |
