Holiday Cheese Ball 13 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz pkgs)
  • 1 can crushed pineapples (small can)
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Onion
Directions
Add pineapple to softened cream cheese. Mix in green peppers, salt and onion. Add 1/2 cup pecans. Shape into two balls. Cover each with remaining pecans. Chill in refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
