Olive Cheese Balls (Vegetarian) Recipe

  • 2 cups sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1 + 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Herbes de Provence (or preferred spice)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 36 Pimento Stuffed Olives
Combine cheese,flour and spice.

Add butter and mix thoroughly.

Mold 1 tsp. dough around each olive.

Place balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.

Cover and chill 2 hours.

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Bake 15-20 minutes.

Yield: 36 delightful hors d'oeuvres.
