Taco Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounce pkgs.)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 package tortilla chips
Directions

Mix together cream cheese, taco seasoning, salsa and 1 cup cheddar cheese; chill for at least an hour.

Form into a ball and roll in the remaining cheese so cheese covers the ball.

Serve with tortilla chips.

"Great recipe! I thought this would be fun for Halloween since it was on a Friday this year and it wasn't anything sweet. My kids loved it. They did eat the cheese all around it first, so maybe I would add more cheese into the mix next time."
