NEVER FAIL NOODLES Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons cream or milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Flour
Directions
In bowl, beat eggs well. Add oil, milk, salt and baking powder and mix well. Add in enough flour to make a soft dough that will roll out thin without being sticky. Roll out, cut in strips and cook immediately, or allow to dry and store for later use. To cook, drop into hot broth and cook about 10 minutes.
