Ingredients
  • 2 large onions, peeled and chopped
  • 1 pound Chorizo sausage
  • 32 ounces canned lima beans (drained)
  • 32 ounces canned garbanzo beans (drained)
  • 32 ounces canned butter beans (drained)
  • 56 ounces canned baked beans (undrained)
  • 14 ounces catsup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons liquid smoke
  • 1/3 cup yellow mustard
Container: 8 quart casserole
Directions

  • Sauté onions and sausage.
  • Combine all ingredients and pour into a large cassserole.
  • Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. May substitute other beans of your choice.
