Pickled Carrot Sticks 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound carrots
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mixed whole pickling spice
Directions
Peel carrots, cut into sticks.

Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place carrots in a dish and cover with hot liquid. Cool. Refrigerate for a few days before serving.

Serves 10.
